Harrisburg - The Civic Club of Harrisburg (TCCH) will host floral designer Jeff Winand, owner of Jeffrey’s Flowers & Home Accents in Mechanicsburg, as he speaks and does a presentation at its May 20 special events luncheon at the club, 612 N.
